For Perry Bites & Beats, that idea was this: What if we created a festival where food was more than something you ate, and music was more than something you heard? What if both became the reason people gathered together?

Music has a way of bringing strangers together. It creates memories, starts conversations, and turns an ordinary Saturday into something you'll talk about for years. Food does the same. Around every table, food tells the story of a community, its people, and its traditions.

Perry Bites & Beats was created to celebrate both.

As Perry continues to grow, so does its incredible collection of locally owned restaurants, food trucks, musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs. This festival was designed to give them a stage. Every performance, every exclusive menu item, every handcrafted product, and every downtown storefront becomes part of one shared experience.

Unlike a typical food festival or concert, Perry Bites & Beats blends the two together. Throughout Historic Downtown Perry, you'll discover two live music stages featuring local, regional, and touring artists, while restaurants and food vendors serve limited-edition dishes created exclusively for the festival. These are flavors you can only experience here, on this day.

Five of our featured musical acts call Middle Georgia home because supporting local talent is at the heart of what this festival represents. By placing hometown musicians alongside nationally recognized performers, we're creating opportunities for artists to perform in front of new audiences while showcasing the incredible talent that already exists in our own backyard.

But this festival is about more than music and food.
